Blockchain-Related Data

  • Transactional Data: We collect data related to blockchain transactions such as wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and asset-related metadata necessary for executing and recording transactions on our platform.

  • Asset Management Data: Information related to the assets managed, loan statistics, and usage data to facilitate and improve our services.

Cookies and Tracking Technology
We use cookies to improve your experience on our site. Our platform uses only necessary cookies to ensure the website's functionality and cannot be opted out as we strive to provide a seamless service. These cookies help us secure our platform and enhance your user experience by remembering your preferences and enabling basic functions.

  • Service Provision: To facilitate trading, auctioning, and managing tokenized assets on our platform.

  • Statistical Analysis: We analyze aggregated and anonymized data to enhance functionality, develop new features, and improve user experience.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring the integrity of transactions, compliance with legal obligations, and protection against fraud and unauthorized activities.

Sharing of Information

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We engage third parties to perform services on our behalf, such as identity verification and data analysis. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are restricted from using the personal data for other purposes.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with legal proceedings or governmental requests.

Data Security
We implement robust security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and as required by applicable law.

Sensitive Data
We do not collect sensitive data (such as health information, political opinions, religious beliefs, or racial/ethnic origin) directly. However, should the need arise to process such data, we will do so only with your explicit consent or as required by law, ensuring the highest level of protection.

International Data Transfers
Given that we operate on a global scale, personal data may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or one of our suppliers. In such cases, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards, as required by applicable law, are in place to ensure the security and integrity of your personal data, and that any such transfers comply with the GDPR.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Our platform does not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling purposes that have legal or other significant effects on you without human intervention. If in the future we implement such processes, we will inform you and provide an option to opt-out or challenge a decision made exclusively by automated processes.

Data Integrity and Proportionality
We collect and process personal information only to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is provided. We strive to keep our data accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are encouraged to contact us to address any discrepancies in the information we hold.

Security of Processing
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. This includes encryption, ensuring the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of processing systems and services, and the ability to restore availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.

Data Breach Notification
In the case of a personal data breach, we will notify the appropriate supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Affected individuals will be informed without undue delay if the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms, as per Article 34 of the GDPR.

Links to Other Websites
Our platform may contain links to and from third-party websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any such sites before you submit personal information to these websites.

Marketing Communications
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us at the details provided.

Financial Information and Processing
Loan Contract Information

  • Interest Rates and Loan Terms: Our platform uses a smart contract to calculate interest rates for loans based on the duration of the loan. Interest rates are determined using a linear function that increases the rate based on the loan's length from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 3 years. The smart contract enforces a minimum interest rate of 0.02% and a maximum rate of 6%. These calculations are performed transparently on the blockchain.

  • Loan Extensions and Fees: If more than 25% of the loan is repaid at the end of its term, borrowers have the option to extend the loan for up to an additional 3 months. Each month extended incurs a fee of 0.25% of the loan amount.

  • Downpayments and Liquidation: Loans require a downpayment ranging from 5% to 85%, set by the seller. In the event of a loan default, the asset secured under the loan is returned to the seller, and a liquidation fee of 1.5% of the downpayment is applied.

Asset Security and Decentralized Handling

  • Escrow and Asset Security: All assets involved in loan agreements are secured in an escrow contract on the blockchain. This escrow contract is entirely managed by decentralized parameters with no single controlling party, ensuring neutrality and security.

  • Metadata Collection: We collect metadata related to tokenized assets which are used for securing loans. This data is decentralized and, while associated with your wallet ID, is not directly linked to your personal identity information unless combined with KYC data.

Risk Disclosure

  • Market Risks: Users should be aware that all investments, including those in tokenized assets, carry inherent risks associated with on-chain assets and securities. While we strive to maintain the highest security standards, the volatile nature of digital assets means that their value can fluctuate significantly.

  • No Credit Risk for Users: Our platform does not conduct credit checks. The risk to lenders is mitigated by the asset secured under the loan and the downpayment. In the event of a default, the asset is returned to the seller with the applied liquidation fee.

Data Usage for Financial Services

  • Use of Blockchain Data: We use blockchain technology to perform and record all transactions securely and transparently. The data collected, including transaction IDs and wallet addresses, is essential for the operation of our platform and is used strictly within the scope of facilitating and managing tokenized asset transactions.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: While we do not directly store or process KYC data, we partner with trusted third-party service providers who handle such data for compliance and verification purposes. These providers are obligated to protect your data and comply with relevant data protection laws.

Automated Processes and Decentralization

  • Smart Contract Operations: All financial transactions, including interest calculations and loan terms, are managed via smart contracts. This automation ensures accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in operations without human intervention.

Legal Compliance and Data Integrity

  • Regulatory Compliance: We adhere to applicable laws and regulations governing financial services and data protection. This includes ensuring that our data handling practices comply with the GDPR and other relevant privacy legislations.

  • Data Security and Integrity: We take stringent measures to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data we handle. While we do not directly process sensitive financial data, we oversee and audit our third-party providers to ensure compliance with our security standards.

Children’s Privacy
Our platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records and contact the authorities.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by means of a notice on our platform prior to the change becoming effective.
